Cook with the confidence of a chef — all my recipes are tested out at least twice before they are put up here. These recipes range from your level cooking, whether you’re a beginner, or a pro. I try to stick to the authentic versions as much possible, if not, I do provide substitutes. Most of the recipes are made from scratch, others using time-saving hacks.
Alright, it’s not like I cook day in day out [although I try to cook at least one meal every day]. Being a chef, I do like to eat out, visit different restaurants and mostly, learn about the chef of the establishment and their culinary style. I try to avoid ratings, simply because eating out for me is more about the food and the experience rather than grading an establishment against arbitrary standards.
